The Mulegé Dorado Tournament events will take place Saturday, May 26th - Wednesday, May 30th with the following events:

Saturday, May 26th: Captain / Angler Meeting at Bart's la Jungla @ 3:00 pm Last day of registration / Summary and Clarification of Rules / Calcutta Auction / Misc Jackpot Entries / Raffle Ticket Sales

Sunday, May 27th: Anglers's Swap Meet at La Cancha (Covered basketball venue off Corona Square in Mulegé) from 12:00 - 4:00 pm

This is not only an opportunity to do some last minute strategizing amongst the Anglers, but also an opportunity to buy and/or sell boating and/or fishing supplies, equipment, gadgets, etc. There is no charge for a table, and no cut of the sales going to the Tournament Committee. PLEASE, NO EARLY SALES! Please contact us at mulegefishingtournament@gmail.com to reserve a table for yourself by Thursday, May 24th. Food and Drinks will be for sale by La Cruz Roja. The Tournament Committee will be there selling Raffle Tickets, Guest Banquet Tickets, etc.

Monday & Tuesday, May 28th & 29th: Dorado Tournament Fishing
Begins each day @ 5:00 am ... Weigh-In at Bart's la Jungla from 1:00 - 4:00 pm each day. NOTE: As you must have a valid Mexican Fishing License dated no later than May 27th, 2012 to participate in the Tournament.

Wednesday, May 30th: Tournament Banquet at Bart's la Jungla with Festivities starting at 2:00 PM.
Open to public with Guest Meal Tickets available for 100 pesos / Awards Presented / General Raffle Tickets Sold / General, Angler, and Special Raffle Prizes Awarded / Food and Drinks

A wheeled 56 Quart Coleman Ice Chest, filled with 13 bottles of Premium Liquor and wine with a value of over $300 US!! Tickets are 1 @ 20 pesos, 6 @ 100 pesos, or 15 @ 200 pesos (the best deal!). Details of the contents can be seen here. The drawing for this prize will be held at the Awards Banquet on Wednesday, May 30th.
